Users can request deletion of their account and associated data at any time.

How to request account deletion

To request deletion of your account, email us at:

privacy@remsen.studio

Please include the following information in your email:

• The email address associated with your account

• The subject line: Account Deletion Request

  
  

What happens when you request deletion

When your request is processed, we permanently delete:

• Your user account and profile information

• Any content you created within the app

• Associated usage data linked to your account

Data retention

Some data may be retained for legal, security, or operational purposes for up to 30 days, after which it is permanently deleted.

Processing time

Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days of receipt.
